Comments:

The 365 GT 2+2 has been produced in the works in 1969 and delivered in

March 1970 through the Dutch main importer Kroymans to its first owner Jhr.

John H. Loudon who was the President of Royal Dutch Shell.

It was ordered in its rare and beautiful colour of Celeste Gainsborough which is a

mint green metallic with a contrasting black leather interior. Mr. Loudon kept it

only for three years and sold it to one of his close friends A.J.M. "Dries" van der

Lof who is well known as one of the early Ferrari enthusiasts in the Netherlands.

In this time it has shown an odometer mileage of 43 300 km.

In 1977 it changed hands coming to the third owner with Jan Adolfs/Enschede

who kept it nearly for 30 years. While it was still with its third Netherland based

owner we had the chance to inspect the car in 2008 while it still had its original

paint after already 38 years. We were in that time already more than amazed

about its condition.

In 2013 it was sold with 55 564 km to the last and fourth owner in Germany

from whom we were able to purchase this 365 GT 2+2 in mostly original

condition.

We decided to keep it in our collection for another 6 years knowing that it will be

more than difficult to find a better original example than this car. It still has its

original wooden dashboard in like new condition, keeping its original leather

interior and the original carpets which are as well in flawless original condition.

The interior looks and smells exactly how someone would love to find an

unmolested example of this model - unbelievable.

Beside its genuine originality we are able to confirm that it drives as well

fantastic with its original engine, shifting gears perfectly with its original gearbox

and producing not any  vibration from the whole drivetrain and especially

not any noise coming out of the differential.

As someone could expect from an original example like this it has been certified

by Ferrari in June 2014 as a "matching colour" and a full  "matching number"

example having received its "Certificazione di Autenicita".

The archive file shows quite an amount of maintening service records and repair

bills out of the last ten years.

This 365 GT 2+2 must be one of the best examples of its kind and we can only

recommend to inspect or test drive it. It is definitely a great 365 GT 2+2 in a

wonderful colour combination and a fanatstic original car.
