The 512 Berlinetta Boxer we have on offer has been delivered to Spain in |
| 1984 in its wonderful colour combination of silver with black boxer trim and | |
| a contrasting red leather interior. It has received the full leather option interior | |
| including headliner and rear panels in red leather. First owner was the | |
| famous Ferrari collector Nicolas Zappata who kept the car at his home in | |
| Switzerland. In the early nineties the car found its way to Germany into the | |
| hands of a serious collector who commisoned a complete rebuilt in 1995/96 | |
| although the Boxer has had only a mileage of only 11 000 km. In this time the | |
| engine has been taken apart and inspected as well as the suspension which has | |
| been rebuilt perfectly. In the same time the car has been displayed in the | |
| German edition of the Ferrari world issue # 20 where the restoration has been | |
| documented in a couple of photos. The bills show an amount of near to | |
| 50 000,- € which have been spent into the rebuilt and later services. It changed | |
| hands last time in 2001 with a recorded mileage of 18 025 km to the last owner | |
| who kept it the next nine years using it frequently. Today the odometer shows | |
| an overall mileage in total of 22 650 km. The car is still in marvellous original | |
| condition with its perfect original paint and its near to new original interior. It will | |
| be difficult to find a nicer and better or more original perfect 512 BBi in the | |
| market. And we have to recommend to any Boxer enthusiast to have a serious | |
| look into this wonderful car not to loose the chance. | |
