The Daytona we are proud to offer has been originally delivered through Jacques |
| Swaters to its first owner Robert Lalemant in 1972. It has been registered on the | |
| 23.07.1973 in Belgium. The next twenty five years it has been used by Robert | |
| Lalemant driving it frequently. At a mileage of 90 000 km the first owner | |
| decided that the time had come to start a ground up restoration. The following | |
| years this Daytona has been a subject of a complete restoration. The restoration | |
| carried out in the late nineties is documented by an amazing file of photos and | |
| bills which accompanies the car. After the restoration the Daytona has been | |
| hardly used due to the age of Robert Lalemant. Over the years Robert Lalemant | |
| had started to build up a famous collection of cars. When Robert Lalemant | |
| passed away in 2006 the whole collection of nearly 60 wonderful cars came to | |
| the market and his Daytona changed first time the ownership after 34 years of | |
| possesion which is more than exciting for a car enthusiast. In 2007 this car has | |
| been registered in Germany by the second and last owner. The file of this car | |
| shows as well lots of service records and maintenance bills out of the last five | |
| years of ownership. In September 2008 this Ferrari 365 GTB/4 has received the | |
| "Certificato di autenticita" by Ferrari SpA Modena stating the originality of this | |
| vehicle. Last not least we have to tell that it is more than difficult to find a | |
| Daytona in these days after 40 years which has had only two owners from new, | |
| having benfited by a complete restoration at Francorchamps being in a fantastic | |
| original and technically restored condition. Today it is in near to new condition | |
| still having its marvellous red and original interior. It runs and drives flawlessly | |
| waiting for the next and third owner to put his hands on the steering wheel. |
