The 250 GT/L has been delivered originally to its first owner Andre Moret, |
Avenue du Casino 27 in 1820 Montreux/Switzerland. Monsieur Moret kept his
Lusso until 1977 when he sold it to its second Swiss owner Mon. Dominique
Panissod, Rue Ancien College 10, 1843 Veytaux. It was registered on
license plate VD 184 830. |
The history file shows a sales agreement with an amount of 30.000,- Swiss
Franks on the 14th of March 1977. In this time the mileage has been
at 55 492 km which is documented by different invoices out of this era.
Dominique Pannisod kept it for another 15 years and sold it to Rudolf Zöllig,
Seilerstr. 22, 9320 Arbon registering it on license plate number TG 63 663. In
this time the invoices are showing a mileage of 69 6458 km. |
By the end of the nineties the third and last Swiss owner Rudolf Zöllig decided to
sell his lusso where it found a new home in Germany. The new owner
immediatedly started to go into the technique of his new toy. He commissioned
a rebuilt of the engine which was carried out by the well known Ferrari specialist
Toni Auto, Via Abetone, Maranello/ Italy. The invoices in this time are showing
a mileage of 73 543 km in 2002, |
We were able to purchase the car in 2008 with an original and documented
overall mileage of 74 530 km. |
The history of the Lusso is perfectly documented by an amazing file of repair
and service records going back to 1966. By this we are able to confirm that the
mileage is genuine with original 75 250 km in total today. |
|
As someone might expect of a car of this provenance it still has its original |
interior in marvellous preserved condition. |
It is definitely one of the | most beautiful Lusso in this rare colour combination. |
It looks, runs and drives like it should. |
